1. Frame and transmission system
The equipment's robust high-strength steel structure frame ensures smooth operation and exceptional resistance to vibrations.
It features a high-precision rotating mechanism powered by a servo motor. This allows the gas cylinder to rotate consistently, ensuring uniformity of the welding process.
2. Clamping positioning system
The system employs pneumatic/hydraulic fixtures to accommodate various gas cylinder specifications (such as 15kg, 50kg, etc.), achieving precise alignment of the protective cover with the cylinder body (with an error margin ≤±0.15mm).
Fixtures can be tailored based on gas cylinder specifications. By adjusting the fixtures, the equipment can universally weld different specifications of gas cylinders and protective covers.
3. Welding system
The equipment offers versatile welding methods: MIG (Metal Inert Gas Welding), MAG (Metal Active Gas Welding), or TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding), ideal for welding shields made of carbon steel (Q235B) or stainless steel (304).

2. Welding execution: The PLC initiates the welding torch, and the cylinder rotates at a steady pace to perform the circumferential seam welding between the shield and cylinder body, accommodating single or multiple welds.
3. Cooling inspection: Upon completing the welding, an automatic air-blowing cooling system is employed, followed by a preliminary appearance inspection focusing on weld height and continuity.
4. Material cutting and sorting: Products that meet quality standards proceed to the next stage, while those that do not are marked for the rework process.
