This advanced device is primarily comprised of the following pivotal modules:
• Frame and Transmission System
The equipment's design features a robust high-strength steel frame that ensures steady performance and exceptional anti-vibration capabilities.
It incorporates a high-precision rotating mechanism powered by a servo motor, facilitating uniform cylinder rotation and guaranteeing consistent welding results.
• Clamping Positioning System
Utilizing pneumatic/hydraulic fixtures, it adapts effortlessly to cylinders of varying specifications (15kg, 50kg, etc.), ensuring the base aligns with precision to the cylinder body (error ≤±0.15mm).
These fixtures are configurable as per cylinder specifications, allowing universal welding of various gas cylinder bases.
• Welding System
Select from MIG (Metal Inert Gas Welding), MAG (Active Gas Welding), or TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) for welding. The system accommodates welding of carbon steel (Q235B) or stainless steel (304) shields.
