Product Description

1.Integrated design
Integrate the functions of necking forming and cleaning to reduce process conversion time and improve production efficiency.
The modular structure is convenient for maintenance and component replacement.
2. High-precision processing
Mechanical control is adopted to precisely control the feed rate of the necking die to ensure that the necking size of the head complies with the requirements of standards such as GB/T 5842.
The parameters are adjustable (such as necking pressure, cleaning time, etc.), and the adaptive fixture is compatible with various specifications of gas cylinders (such as 15kg, 50kg, etc.).
3. Efficient cleaning system
It is equipped with a rotating wire brush head to automatically remove residual metal debris, oxide scale and other impurities after the mouth is compressed, preventing contamination of the interior of the bottle.
An optional dust collection device is available to achieve dust-free operation.
