Main functions and working principles
1. Water injection and pressurization
This system utilizes a high-pressure water pump to inject clean water into the steel cylinders, with an adjustable pressure range stretching from 0 to 6.0MPa.
It incorporates an exhaust valve, ensuring the elimination of any air bubbles within the cylinder prior to testing.
2. Pressure-holding test
Equipped with an automatic pressure-holding timer (typically set between 30 and 60 seconds), the system's pressure sensor diligently monitors for any leakage. Should predefined tolerances be surpassed, it triggers an immediate automatic alarm.
3. Drain and reset
Upon test completion, the system automatically drains the water and seamlessly transitions to the subsequent process.
