Main functions and working principles
1. Add water and pressurize
The high-performance high-pressure water pump injects pristine water into the gas cylinder, with a highly adjustable pressure range spanning from 0 to 6.0MPa.
An exhaust valve is expertly integrated to guarantee that no air bubbles compromise the cylinder before testing, ensuring pristine conditions.
2. Pressure holding test
The system features automatic pressure-holding timing, typically ranging from 30 to 60 seconds. A precision pressure sensor diligently monitors the leakage rate, promptly triggering an automatic alarm if any deviations occur.
3.This versatile system offers manual loading and unloading capabilities, complemented by electric pressure testing and water pumps, as well as automatic water filling, pressure escalation, and maintenance.
